Daral Diablo

  • 1.5 oz Clément VSOP rum
  • 0.5 oz Fernet-Branca
  • 0.25 oz Clément creole shrubb
  • 0.25 oz Trader Tiki vanilla syrup

Stir all ingredients over rocks, then strain and serve up. Garnish with a lemon twist.

The Drago Centro People's Cocktail contest gave me the perfect opportunity to showcase this cocktail using the West Coast's favorite amaro.

Tramontana

  • 1oz Aquavit
  • 1oz Fernet Branca
  • 1oz Cointreau
  • 2dash Angostura

Stir, serve up and garnish with a lemon twist.

Shift Drink

  • 1.5 oz rye whiskey
  • 0.75 oz Domaine de Canton
  • 0.5 oz Fernet-Branca
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice

Shake over ice, strain, garnish with lemon twist
