1 oz Pernod absinthe
1 oz lime juice
1 oz pineapple juice
2 tsp housemade orgeat
2 slices of cucumberShake all with ice and double-strain over ice into a Double Old Fashioned Glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
I ducked into 320 Main last night and bar manager Dave Castillo served up a refreshing warm summer drink featuring Pernod absinthe. This drink hits the spot. As the 320 Main blog says about the drink:
